In-person home & community respite, intervention & homeschool delivery in Greater Victoria, BC Canada.
Online events, courses & coaching, support groups for parenting, flexible earning & caregiver mental health.
Employment programs for both parents of complex needs kids, and their kids.
Our first social purpose enterprise goal is to reduce costs of our hands-on services to $10/hr by December 2023.

ParentDashboard’s headquarters are located in the traditional territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lkwungen-speaking peoples, on whose traditional territories, we live, we learn, we play, and we do our work. We acknowledge that the historical relationship to the land and territories of these peoples continues to this day. As a family-serving organization, we recognize that we have the responsibility to work towards truth and reconciliation, and to remain open to suggestions and consultations, especially with local Indigenous communities, on how our organization can continue to work towards reconciliation. Through the work we do on territory, we are accountable to the following communities: Esquimalt, Songhees, Tsawout, W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip), Pauquachin, MÁLEXEŁ (Malahat), and Tseycum First Nations. Wherever our company grows, this mindset will follow.
